A gateway shoe gives a runner a taste of the freedom offered by a truly minimalistlunettes Chanel (or, god forbid, running barefoot), and once a runner tries one of these out, it's often a quick slide to the point where they, somewhat paradoxically, succumb to the throes of a raging minimalist shoe addiction. Sadly, it's an addiction that I know all too well.Lately, two shoes in particular have hit the streets and have garnered rave reviews from shoe junkies. These are the Saucony Kinvara and the buy Tom Ford sunglasses, and I originally did not intend to buy either of them.

The interchangeable insole isn’t new to the Air Jordan 2009, having boosted the playing experience in the 2011 model with quick and explosive options. Before that, variations of this concept presented themselves in the IPS (Independent Podular Suspension) features dating back to the Adidas Porsche Design Sport BOUNCE SL.

Description:
Football season has arrived, and with it a new batch of Bud Light spots, this time featuring VFX from LA-based Asylum. Working with Tool Director Erich Joiner via DDB/Chicago, Asylum handled post work on the three-spot Bud Light Playbook campaign, which included stereoscopic 3D VFX on the :30, Pimp Your Ride. Each spot begins with a football coach spokesman, played by former pro football player and Rocky star Carl Weathers, flipping open the Bud Light playbook - a zig-zagging mess of Xs, Os and arrows done in traditional football play fashion - to prepare us for another lesson. Action then switches to a scene elsewhere to demonstrate the coach's wisdom.
